Maddy Willis

Maddy Willis grew up in West Point/Highland Falls, NY, where she started her lacrosse journey in 2007. She continued to play in high school as an attack player, where she served as a captain her senior year.
Maddy attended Penn State University, where she graduated with a degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services with a minor in Human Development and Family Services. She finished her schooling at Dominican University, where she obtained a Masters of Occupational Therapy.
In 2020, Maddy moved to San Antonio to start her career as an occupational therapist. She joined the Alamo Heights coaching staff in 2024 and helped lead the team to its first State Championship win in 2025 as the High School Assistant Coach.
