AH Lacrosse Board

The Alamo Heights Lacrosse Board is made up of volunteer parents, coaches, and community members who help oversee and support the lacrosse program. Its responsibilities include:

• Program Oversight: Setting goals for the season, supporting coaches, and ensuring compliance with school and league policies.

• Fundraising & Budgeting: Managing team finances, organizing fundraisers, and approving expenses such as uniforms, referees, and equipment.

• Events & Communications: Planning banquets, coordinating senior night, and keeping parents, players, and the community informed.

• Game & Practice Support: Scheduling fields and ensuring referees and officials are covered.

• Player & Community Development: Encouraging participation, promoting sportsmanship, and helping grow the lacrosse program at the youth and high school levels.

The board works closely with the school’s athletic department to create a positive experience for players and families while building a strong lacrosse community.
